Konami dates DanceEvolution

Publisher and developer Konami has confirmed that DanceEvolution will be one of Kinect’s launch titles and will arrive at UK retail on November 10th.

It will compete with Microsoft’s own Dance Central, which amongst all of the platform holder’s launch titles has been generating the most excitement.

Konami has also confirmed a second game ready for the camera’s launch – Crossboard 7, which sees players taking control of various characters who are hurtling down a range of different courses.

A further Konami release will arrive later in the month when Hudon Soft’s mini-game collection Sports Island Freedom is released on November 25th.

Kinect offers a new way to experience games, and I’m happy that Konami can offer three games in November,” European marketing and PR director Martin Schneider stated.

These products combine the fun of playing games with the new interactivity of Kinect, and offer a new experience. I hope that everyone interested in gaming and technology embraces this new way to enjoy games.”
