Microsoft: Xbox wallet share larger than Wii or PS3

Microsoft claims it bases its success on wallet share and not units sold, reports investor.com.

"We’re very proud that our share of wallet is disproportionately larger than either of our two competitors," said corporate vice president of global marketing for Microsoft’s interactive entertainment business, Jeff Bell.

Bell cites the 360’s higher attach rate for games and accessories per console for the increase in wallet share.
