Japanese studio Mixi’s mobile co-op action RPG Monster Strike made $4.2m a day during its most recent quarter, according to the developer’s latest financial results.
Industry analystDr. Serkan Totorevealed Mixi saw a total of $378m in sales for the title’s iOS and Android versions between April 1stand June 30th. The period miraculously improves upon the previous quarter’sjaw-dropping figuresof $3.8m a day and $350m total.
On top of that, nearly all of Monster Strike’s sales have come exclusively from Japan – as Mixi is actually in the process of shutting the game down in China.
Mixi’s report also states the developer has large-scale” marketing plans for the game in its forthcoming quarter.
