Ever been frustrated by the fact that while dad can play online on Xbox Live thanks to his Gold membership, the kids can’t do the same on the very same machine when logged in under their profile? Fret no more.
Microsoft has revealed what it is calling the Xbox Live Gold Family Pack. For $99 it gives four family members Gold-level to access to Xbox Live for a year.
It also includes what’s called the Family Centre, an account management page that can be accessed either on the dashboard or on Xbox.com. Members’ activity can also be tracked so parents can be sure their kids haven’t been doing anything they shouldn’t.
The primary account holder is able to buy and share out MS Points as they see fit to other members.
Exclusive family content and discounts will also be on offer.
