Alongside confirmation that Assassin’s Creed III will be released some time between April 2010 and March 2011, Ubisoft has also stated that a brand new Driver title will be released in the same timeframe.
It’s the first we’ve heard of the game since a BBC report first revealed that the series’ creator Reflections was once again working on the IP in June 2008.
Other titles on the way in Ubisoft’s next financial year include Ghost Recon (believed to be called ‘Predator‘), Rabing Rabbids 4, Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, strategy title RUSE and the (slightly delayed) Splinter Cell: Conviction.
No mention was made of Beyond Good & Evil 2 or I Am Alive, though both are believed to still be in production.
