Announcing Indie Publishing Month on MCVuk.com

In the build up to MCV and Develop’s indie pitching event Interface next week, we will be publishing interviews, insight and analysis about the indie development sector.

In the coming weeks, expect daily online articles dedicated to indie development and publishing.

It begins today with a piece on why digital-only developers should consider bringing their games to the boxed market with insight from Sold Out’s Garry Williams, Avanquest’s Simon Reynolds and Merge Games’ Luke Keighran.

Over the course of the next few weeks, expect to hear the stories of indie developers from around the world.

Want to get involved? Have some insight or analysis into the indie sector that you want to share? Email Alex Calvin at acalvin@nbmedia.com to take part.

Interface takes place on November 12th at St Mary’s Church. Indie devs can bring their projects along to pitch to the likes of Execution Labs, Channel 4’s All 4 Games and 505 Games.

You can book tickets to the event here, and find out more via www.interface.events.

A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available. Contact Jennie Lane at jlane@nbmedia.com or Charlotte Nangle at cnangle@nbmedia.com, or call them on 01992 535 647, to find out more.
