Dead Rising 4 PC version coming to retail and Steam in March

The PC version of Dead Rising 4 will be coming to European retail next month, alongside a global digital launch on Steam, Capcom has announced. Both versions of the game will launch on March 14th, and Capcom’s released a new PC gameplay trailer to help whet players’ appetites.

Dead Rising 4 was previously available to buy on PC digitally through Microsoft’s Windows Store (despite not being an Xbox Play Anywhere title), but the physical retail release will allow gamers to purchase the title without it being tied to their Microsoft account.

Pricing has yet to be announced for the PC retail edition, with Capcom saying it will vary across individual European retailers. However, it has confirmed the digital release on Steam will cost 39.99. However, those who pre-order the game will receive a 20 per cent discount. The Steam version will also include the X-Fists Exo Suit Weapon.

Capcom has also released minimum and recommended PC specifications for Dead Rising 4, which you can see below:

Dead Rising 4 debuted at No.5 in the UK charts when it launched last December, which is two places higher than the Week One performance of the previous entry in the series, 2013’s Dead Rising 3. It also beat Sony’s big release for PS4 that week, The Last Guardian, which debuted at No.7.
