Dead Space 3 to debut at E3

Electronic Arts will give the world its first official glimpse at Dead Space 3 next week.

The publisher confirmed to IGN that the game will be formally announced during its E3 press conference in Los Angeles. The conference will take place on Monday at 9pm UK time (that’s 1pm for anyone attending the show).

"We’re excited to unveil Dead Space 3 to the world at the EA press conference next week," a spokesperson said.

Few concrete details are available but the most persistent rumours – and a few leaked screenshots – suggest co-op and an ice planet setting.

Dead Space 3 first appeared on the radar with a retailer listing in April. One month later, Electronic Arts confirmed in its full-year financials that a new Dead Space game would be released before the end of the current fiscal year (March 31st, 2013).
