EA appoints new CFO

EA has appointed former EA-exec Eric Brown as the firm’s new chief financial officer and EVP.

Brown joins the publisher from McAfee Inc, where he worked as CFO and chief operating officer. Previously Brown has held management positions at DataSage and the Haagen-Das company prior to becoming COO at EA’s Redwood Studio. He then left EA to work for MicroStrategy and McAfee .

The appointment will take effect from April 14th.
