Gamers trying to get their hands on GAME’s fresh batch of Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition have had a frustrating morning.
A fresh allocation of the SKU – which includes a Pip-Boy smartphone accessory and is exclusive to GAME in the UK – was supposed to go live at 9am this morning. Buyers are able to place their orders in-store or online, but such was the bulk of the online interest that GAME’s website was actually forced offline.
The site is currently back up and the product pages are accessible, but we can’t see any way to actually pre-order the SKU. Whether this is a fault, a deliberate measure or a sign that it has sold out remains unclear.
