Physical and next-gen release date for The Wolf Among Us confirmed

Telltale’s The Wolf Among Us is getting a physical release on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and Vita next month.

The game is already available digitally on PS3 and Xbox 360, but this release – dated for November 7th in the UK – is the first time it has been made available physically. Note that it will also release digitally on PS4, Xbox One and Vita on the same date.

The Wolf Among Us is based on the Fables graphic novel series and follows a collection of modern day fairy tale characters.

Telltale last week confirmed that The Walking Dead will arrive on PS4 and Xbox One later this month.

Both the first and second series of the game will be released on both next-gen consoles on October 24th. Their release will be staggered in North America, however, with Season one arriving on October 14th and Season Two on October 31st – that’s the same date Season Two will arrive on PS3 and Xbox 360, incidentally.

Meanwhile, Season Two will then roll out to PlayStation Vita on November 4th. The Season one release will also include the one-off sixth episode 400 Days.
