40 UK staff will be made unemployed following the collapse of THQ – but potential new employers are already expressing interest.
Staff looking for new roles includes personnel from marketing, sales, PR, operations, export, finance, HR, admin, legal and IT.

"Whilst the majority of our studio personnel have secured ongoingemployment with their new owners, unfortunately the THQ UK Publishingbusiness was not one of the assets purchased during the auction and weare now having to affect a wind down of the office in Woking," Rooke told MCV.
"We have a number of hugely talented games industry folk (Marketing,Sales, PR, Operations/Supply Chain, Export, Finance/Accounting, HR,Admin, Legal and IT) who are now looking for their next roles and wouldwelcome all opportunities."
