VIDEO: Big Ant releases new Don Bradman Cricket 14 trailer

The cancellation of Ashes Cricket 2013 isn’t all bad news for video game cricket fans.

News of 505’s misfortune may mean that cricket lovers may have to wait a bit longer than expected, but a cricket game is at least on the way.

Developer Big Ant has – opportunistically – released a new trailer for Don Bradman Cricket 14 which is due out on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC some time in the New Year having been in development for some four years.

It promises a career mode, dynamic day and night cycles and, perhaps more importantly, physics that are modelled on events that occur in the actual known universe.

What it lacks, however, is the official Ashes licence. Although baring in mind how England fared in the first test, come the turn of the year we may all be desperate to forget it.
