Who made the best game in the world? Find out in the Develop 100

MCV sister site Develop’s ranking of the best games of all time as voted for by game critics is now live.

The Develop 100 Critics’ Choice asked a panel of over 200 journalists to vote for the best games ever made. Critics also voted for which company they consider to be the best game development studio ever.

Published in association with Ukie, the list features high-profile nods for revered developers such as Valve and Nintendo – but some surprises too with prominent places for indies like Thatgamecompany and Mojang.

After the Critics’ Choice list, three further volumes of the Develop 100 will be published this year. We will reveal which insightful metrics they will use at a later date.
