PROFILE: EA’s new Asia-Pacific lineup

EA have an entirely new team running the Asia-Pacific region from its Sydney office, which is headed up by former EA UK sales director Mark Bradley.

Bradley previously spend almost 5 years working at EA in the UK in multiple sales roles before becoming the general manager of the Nordic region, based out of Stockholm.

Simon Smith-Wright took up the role of regional marketing director at EA APAC in March of this year, having previously worked in PR for IBM and Acclaim before becoming the PR Director for EA UK in 2006.

The new label marketing manager for EA APAC is Craig Auld, who comes to EA after 8 years working in Sony Music Australia’s marketing team, when he joined EA UK as the marketing lead for developing territories. He has since moved back to Australia to lead EA’s ‘shooter and RPG’ strategy in Asia-Pacific.

Scott Kuru is the new label marketing manager for ‘action and racing’, and comes to EA after being a senior product manager at Samsung, and a senior marketing manager for Telstra, responsible for strategy development, and planning and executing marketing campaigns across Australia.

Rounding out the new team is Barbara Wilson, who joined as the regional digital marketing manager for EA APAC earlier this year. Wilson’s extensive marketing experience with agency and client-side entertainment and content focused brands including XBox and Levi’s.
