Comprehensive guide is published in June, showcasing top tech and tools in video games development

Next Develop 100 will rank top games technology

Develop 100 will return this summer with an extensive list of the best technology and tools used in the art of making video games.

We’re giving you the chance to get involved. If you want to nominate a tech or tool of choice for inclusion – or if you are the vendor or creator of a game technology/technologies – email James.Batchelor@intentmedia.co.uk now.

The list is open to any technology used to develop video games, whether that’s software including engines or tools, or hardware such as workstations, controller devices or virtual reality headsets.

Entries can be individual products or whole suites, and tech providers are allowed more than one entry.

The deadline for nominations is 5pm GMT on Friday, April 18th.

The final list will rank the best technologies based on innovation, popularity, how they have contributed to key games, version updates and customer service.

The Develop 100 is our regular ranking and listing of best performing studios and most impressive businesses – you can check out our previous Develop 100 – Ones To Watch 2014 – by clicking here.

The full Develop 100: Tech will be published in June. Contact Alex.Boucher@intentmedia.co.uk to find out about commercial opportunities including sponsorship and the other chances to present your technology to our audience of game developers.

Develop reaches 200,000 monthly readers through its website, and has over 8,000 readers of its monthly magazine.
