Octodad: Dadliest Catch comes to Xbox One next week

Young Horses has revealed its indie hit Octodad: Dadliest Catch will arrive on Xbox One next week.

Ablog postfrom the studio announces the game where you flop around as an octopus masquerading as a family man will hit Xbox Live through the ID@Xbox self-publishing program on August 26thfor $14.99.

The Xbox release will contain the base game and all of its ‘Shorts’ DLC, and Young Horses is looking into possible alternate control schemes unique to Xbox One.”

As of February of this year, Octodad: Dadliest Catch has made $4.9m in revenue and sold 460,000 copies. The game is currently available on PS4, PS Vita, PC, Mac, and Linux, and is also scheduled for a Q3 2015 release on Wii U.
