Report: Watch Dogs 2 launching in November, set in San Francisco

It appears that Ubisoft’s follow-up to its hacking blockbuster Watch Dogs will be coming out this year.

That’s if a leak from IGN to be believed. Advertising on the media giant went up early, revealing an November 15th release date for Watch Dogs 2 (courtesy of Eurogamer, below).

This is in line with previous rumours which suggested that the sci-fi sequel would be replacing Assassin’s Creed in Ubisoft’s end of year line-up. That series is taking a break this year.

Also appearing in the ads is the Golden Gate Bridge, alluding to a San Francisco setting.

Watch Dogs 2 is being officially unveiled tomorrow (Wednesday, June 8th) at 5pm UK time.
