Bigben Interactive still plans on releasing Rugby 15 on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, Vita and PC this year.
The publisher has announced the addition of the Guinness PRO12 license to the title, which already claims the Aviva Premiership, TOP 14 and PRO D2 licenses – all of which means 12 extra teams will now feature.
In all four leagues from the main European championships are included in the HB Studios developed title.
"With this new sport simulation we are pursuing our strategy of moving upmarket with strong licences and quality partnerships," Bigben CEO Alain Falc said.
"It gives us great pleasure to announce the very first rugby game on new generation consoles. We are certain that fans of the sport will enjoy it."
