Sarah Hoeksma joins Sold Out as marketing director

Sold Out the digital and physical publisher today announced that industry marketing veteran, Sarah Hoeksma is joining the team as marketing director. Hoeksma has previously spent time with Ubisoft and EA before her tenure at Eidos and Square Enix Europe where she headed up brand marketing across the company’s Western studios before overseeing the Live Division based in London.

Hoeksma joins Sold Out from her role at esports organisation ESL where she served as business development director. Sold out says that: ‘Hoeksma brings a wealth of brand marketing, live marketing and eSports experience to the role at Sold Out.’

Sold Out recently announced its move into digital publishing, to complement its specialisation in bringing boxed versions of digital products to market. It has co-published boxed titles with top UK publishers and studios, including the likes of Rebellion (Sniper Elite 4), Team17 (Yooka-Laylee) and Frontier (Elite Dangerous), among numerous others.
