Square Enix reveals ‘first global game’

Japan-headquartered Square Enix and its Canadian studio Eidos Montreal are collaborating on the firm’s first truly global game, according to CEO Yoichi Wada.

Speaking at the Montreal Games Summit today, the publisher boss said that Eidos Montreal is working on a third title alongside Deus Ex 3 and Thief 4.

The game will be the first time business across the Square Enix holding group have collaborated on a project.
