Ahead of its Uncovered: Final Fantasy XV live stream tonight, Square Enix has been pushing the title at London’s own Waterloo Station.
The publisher was displaying an ad for the upcoming RPG on the 120 square metre display at the transport hub. Square claims this is the largest indoor LED screen in Europe.
This comes before Square Enix’s Uncovered event tonight, a live stream in which the publisher will be making some ‘huge announcements’ about the long-awaited Final Fantasy XV, including its release date.
This is going to be hosted by Kinda Funny and former IGN media personalities, Greg Miller and Tim Gettys, and takes place at 3am tomorrow (Thursday, March 31st) morning.
Final Fantasy XV was announced ten years ago as a part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis sub series. Back then it was called Final Fantasy Versus XIII. The game disappeared for some time before resurfacing on PS4 and Xbox One in June 2013.
While we don’t yet know then the game will be hitting shelves, rumours point to a September release. Last year, director Hajime Tabata said that Final Fantasy XV will be coming out simultaneously worldwide.
