Team Liquid extend partnership with Alienware for 6th consecutive year

Esports franchise Team Liquid, have renewed their partnership with Alienware for 2017-2018, which extends the relationship of the two brands into its sixth year.

Alienware, Dell’s gaming brand, will be providing Team Liquid with high-end gaming laptops, PC’s and other Dell tech to give Team Liquid the hardware they need at locations and events around the world.

“Team Liquid and Alienware both have long histories in esports and when you think of high-performance gaming PCs, Alienware stands out in the market,” said Steven Arhancet, Co-CEO of Team Liquid.

“Alienware understands that our players need cutting edge innovation and technical power to perform at the highest level. Our athletes have relied on the performance of Alienware machines for the last 6 years and I couldn’t imagine a scenario where we wouldn’t be providing them the very best to compete.”

This deal also extends to Team Liquid’s content arm 1UP Studios, and Alienware and 1UP Studios will team up to produce video content based around both brands. This could take the form of on-demand video content showing Team Liquid’s training and preperation, but also more promotional aspects such as how they get the most of out their Alienware hardware.
