TIGA launching QA, localisation and customer support event

UK trade body TIGA is putting together a new event specifically for key games services sectors.

The conference will focus on quality assurance, localisation and customer support, and the role these disciplines play in the ever-changing games industry. It will take place in London this coming April.

Speakers will discuss topics such as audio and preparation when localising a game, best practices and methods for QA, and holistic approaches to customer support.

Companies already on-board for the one-day conference include BBC Games, Media Molecule, Testology, OMUK and Jagex. To find out more, email vanessa@tiga.org.

"I’m thrilled that TIGA Is hosting an event that shines a light on the QA, Localisation and growing CS sector,” said CEO Richard Wilson. “We’re looking forward to greeting TIGA members and non-members to what will prove to be an interesting and thought-provoking summit for QA, Localisation and CS experts.”

Develop will support as a media partner.
