Tiga wins Outstanding Organisation 2011 award

UK industry trade body Tiga has been named Outstanding Organisation 2011 at the Chartered Management Institute’s leadership and management awards.

Company CEO Richard Wilson also received the accolade of Outstanding Leader 2011.

“It is a huge honour to have my role recognised but especially for Tiga to be named outstanding organisation,” said Wilson.

“We are committed to training and developing the skills of our staff, especially when it comes to management and leadership, which is why winning two CMI management and leadership awards is such a wonderful achievement.”

The CMI awards celebrate the achievements and expertise of the UK’s management teams and managers.

The ceremony included 12 categories, with winners chosen from a shortlist of 41 finalists from all sectors, nations and regions of the UK.

Other finalists included IBM, Tube Lines and University of Greenwich.
