The International Game Developers Association has selected two new members for its board of directors.
New Zealand dev and local IGDA chair Lucy Morris and Finnish creator and IGDA Finland long-term member Vesa Raudasoja were elected in a ballot voted for by 15 per cent of IGDA members between the start of the year and end of February.
At least 10 per cent of members are required to vote to validate the selection process.
Morris and Raudasoja will officially begin their duties on April 1st, as former directors Sheri Graner Ray, Tom Buscaglia and Luke Dicken exit the board.
The unsuccessful candidates who ran for the vacant positions were Melody Schaeffer and Cat Wendt.
