Wallabies Rugby Challenge releases early

Although it wasn’t due for release until next week, Wallabies Rugby Challenge has just landed in stores Australia-wide.

The game was developed by Sidhe in Wellington, New Zealand, and had its NZ release as ‘All Blacks Rugby Challenge’ last Friday to great success.

Mario Wynands, managing director of Sidhe, told MCV: "We’re thrilled to be finally releasing Rugby Challenge in other territories. It’s had an amazing reception here at home."

"We’ve had it confirmed by numerous retailers that All Blacks Challenge has been the number one selling title of the week, and we’re hoping it continues that success as Wallabies Rugby Challenge in Australia."

Wallabies Rugby Challenge is available now on PS3 and 360 for AUD$99.95. All Blacks Rugby Challenge released on Friday 26th August in New Zealand for NZD$129.95.
