Xbox One controller gets PC drivers

PC gamers can now use the Xbox One controller on their humble rig.

Microsoft has released official PC drivers for the gamepad, which enables it for use in a long list of games and applications that already support the Xbox 360 controller.

The firm has also said the drivers will be incorporated into a future Windows update.

In order to connect to their PC, users will require a Micro USB connection whilst wireless functionality is not yet supported.
