Zynga CFO resigns as new COO steps up

Zynga has lost yet another top executive with the resignation of chief financial officer David Wehner.

The company share price is sitting just a few cents above its 52 week low of $2.09 cents after the company broke the news to investors.

Wehner has been replaced by board-appointed Mark Vranesh, who will continue is his current post of chief accounting officer- a role he has held since 2010.

The company also announced the elevation of chief mobile officer David Ko to the role of chief operations officer.

Ko has served as CMO since November 2010 and has held the reigns of Zynga’s With Friends, Casino, Mid-Core, Draw Something and Casual franchises for both web and mobile.
