Described by the casual games giant as CityVille meets Risk”, Empires & Allies has been developed by a team that includes people who created Command & Conquer and The Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth.

As with all Zynga games, the title is free-to-play but allows users to purchase virtual currency, which can be spend on additional units and power-ups.
